What XeraLink is
XeraLink helps you find faculty whose research matches yours. It is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the universities it lists.
Information on profiles
Profiles are compiled from public university directories and open bibliographic data. They can be incomplete or out of date. Supervision signals and AI match results are estimates meant to help you decide whom to contact; they are not statements by the professor or the university. Check program requirements and deadlines with the university.
Using the service fairly
Use XeraLink for your own academic search. Do not use it to send bulk or unsolicited email to faculty, to scrape or resell the data, or to overload the service. We may limit or suspend access that does.
Your account
Keep your password safe and your email address current. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made using information on XeraLink.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
